I loved the condo so much I stayed for two months. Nicest accom I’ve found in Chiang Mai yet. I would’ve stayed longer but there was another booking. Nice kitchen, bathroom, balcony, desk with monitor and desk chair, leather couch, big tv, and very comfortable queen sized bed. Great Chinese restaurant and café downstairs. Heaps of parking for scooters in the garage. Water machine for 1 baht p/L and laundry available also. Extremely walkable to Nimman, an entrance to One Nimman is across the road. View from the balcony overlooking the city was absolutely lovely. There is a little farm below (amazing) so you’ll even see some cows and enjoy the rooster in the morning. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. the location is was my favorite part... right in the heart of Nimman, one of the best areas to stay in Chiang Mai, and just a 3-minute walk from MAYA Shopping Center. You're surrounded by amazing cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you could possibly need, all within walking distance. It's the perfect location for anyone wanting to explore Chiang Mai while having all the conveniences right at their doorstep. I'd happily stay here again :)

Great apartment, walkable to the old town in about 15 mins. Really close to One Nimnan and Maya Mall which was great. Plenty of nightlife without feeling like you’re in the middle of it.
Clean and peaceful apparent which was well equipped and felt very homely. Host was brilliant and very responsive with a book of local recommendations in the flat and very responsive on message.

I had a lovely stay! I booked for a week but ended up staying 18 days here. The location is very close to many cafes and restaurants. ATM across the street and scooter rental just 5 min walk. The apartment is cozy and super clean and new. The bed is incredible comfortable. The view is gorgeous, I enjoyed evenings relaxing on the balcony. There’s also a gym in the lobby that’s only 120 baht day pass. I would book again for a long term stay!

The place was just as described and I felt so at home, it had everything I needed and the bed was extremely comfortable all of which way wonderful after a few months of traveling around Thailand and Indonesia. On top, The sunrise view was beautiful. The co-hosts were super responsive! thank you

A nice, clean, quiet condo with a great balcony and views out onto a green area. Great working desk & chair. Great communication with all staff, would stay again!

The hosts are so lovely and made me feel so at home. From the kind gestures, to the quick communication- it was a hassle free stay. Even when some hiccups came up, they made sure to address in a timely manner which I appreciate. Loved the area as well and I loved the safety and privacy. 10/10!

I had a great stay. The location is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, and there's actually some restaurants within the building itself.
Since I was working remote the desk & monitor were a big plus.
The room was comfy & clean as well.

Great central location, I could walk to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.
The gym in the building was nice too, but it is pay per use.
